Special Orders


We want you to enjoy your order! If you would want dark chocolate-chips or milk or white, would prefer pecans to walnuts - or no nuts at all, we want to know! Changes like these are free of charge and should be requested on your order form, or made via email but only up to 48 hours before your deliver/pick-up date. Changes within the 48 hours prior to your delivery/pick-up date will be considered a cancellation and you will need to place a new order.


We are always looking to expand our offerings and our customer base, so if there is something we don’t offer give us a call or send an email telling us what you need and we will do our very best to accommodate you!



Delivery/Pick up Change


In order to ensure that all of our orders are fresh and delicious we bake each order within 48 hours of delivery/pick-up. If you would like to change your date of delivery/pick-up you may do so at no additional charge but only up to 48 hours before your delivery/pick-up date. Changes within the 48 hours prior to your delivery/pick-up date will be considered a cancellation and you will need to place a new order.



Standing Orders


If you are interested in placing a standing order with Kate Bake please give us a call or send us an email and we can set it up!



Cancellation


If you need to cancel your order at any point up to 48 hours before your delivery/pick-up date you will be responsible for 20% of your subtotal (subtotal is your “cookie total” and does not include your delivery fee). If you chose to pay for your order upfront you will receive a refund of 80% (plus delivery fee if applicable).


If you are need to cancel your order within 48 hours of your delivery/pick-up date you will be required to pay 75% of your order subtotal (subtotal is your “cookie total” and does not include your delivery fee). If you chose to pay for your order upfront you will receive a refund of 25% (plus delivery fee if applicable).


We do not accept returns or issue refunds once your goods have been received.



Please note that our kitchen is NOT NUT FREE. All of our confections, including those that do not contain nuts may potentially have come in contact with nuts.
